Terms that apply to all plans
Monthly service is prepaid and plan payments are due the last day of prior month, no later than 8pm PT.
A 24 hour grace period ends on the 1st day of the following month, at which point service will be disconnected. Reconnect fee is $10. Restarting service is subject to availability. New SIM card purchase and shipment may be required.
You agree that you will solely be responsible for your use of any products and services provided to you and that you will use our products and services legally.
Never throttle, ever!
In the unlikely event of cellular carrier discontinuing or throttling unlimited data service you will be provided a refund for any unused days of your prepaid period, upon request.
If plan usage exceeds 800gb (this is many times normal consumer usage) in one month, we retain the right to cancel your service without refund of unused days left in the service month.
Kindly give 7 days notice of cancellation.
Within 72 hours of delivery you may contact us to cancel service for a full refund. Device(s) must be returned in the same condition, at your expense.
Buy back program: Refund for device if returned in good/working condition. Original device cost minus $5 per month. Example: Paid $100: Return within 30 days $95 refund, 60 days $90, and so on.
After 72 hours of delivery, service fees are non refundable.
No contracts. Prepay by the calendar month, cancel anytime.
